Do I Need a Health Coach - Yoga Teacher?
If you're ready to prioritize your well-being and would benefit from support in areas such as stress reduction, weight management, mental fitness, managing a chronic condition, maintaining a healthy lifestyle, preventive care, personal growth, or spiritual development, then partnering with a holistic health coach and yoga teacher can be tremendously valuable. You’ll gain accountability, personalized support for your health goals, and the added benefits of a guided yoga practice.
What Aspects of Life May I Address With You?
Holistic health coaching can encompass a wide range of life areas, including nutrition, career, finances, relationships, home environment, education, health maintenance, life satisfaction, physical activity, sleep and relaxation, stress and weight management, and spiritual practices. Each of these elements contributes to your overall well-being. It’s entirely your choice which areas you’d like to focus on as we work together.
What Do You Think Is the Most Valuable Benefit of Your Coaching?
The most valuable benefit of my coaching is the holistic support gained from nurturing all dimensions of the self — body, mind, and spirit. In yogic philosophy, we recognize five layers of our being (the koshas): the physical body, the energetic body, the mental/emotional body, the intellectual/wisdom body, and the blissful/spiritual body.
Therefore, in addition to education on healthy eating, exercise, stress management, and other aspects of well-being, I also share and teach the philosophy and practice of yoga to support integration across all levels of your being.
My goal is to be your health advocate, guiding and supporting you as you face life’s health challenges. I offer ongoing support and accountability to help you stay motivated and on track with your goals. This includes regular check-ins, encouragement, and collaborative problem-solving.
When appropriate and with your permission, I will liaise with other health professionals to ensure you receive the best possible support. This may include referrals to qualified specialists for specific advice or consultations — and, if desired, I can help facilitate those introductions.
What Does a Typical Coaching Session Look Like?
After an initial complimentary consultation, where I take the time to understand your goals and current health journey, I will propose strategies and an effective framework for achieving your health objectives along with time dedicated to nurturing your inner self.
Each coaching session lasts 50 minutes and can take place either online or at a mutually agreed-upon location, which may include a planned “walk and talk” amid the beautiful natural surroundings of Hong Kong. The final 20 minutes of each session are dedicated to yoga practice — including asana, pranayama, and meditation. Clients are encouraged to maintain a daily yoga practice throughout the duration of the program.*

As a Health Coach, Are You Able to Prescribe Medicine?
No. Health and wellness coaching is not intended to diagnose, treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition. It also does not replace the advice, treatment, or diagnosis provided by a qualified, licensed medical professional.
Do I Need to Bring Anything?
All materials and props will be provided unless otherwise advised.
What Are the Frequency of Sessions and Duration of Commitment?
Session frequency and program length will depend on your goals and individual profile. Programs typically range from a few weeks to a few months. Sessions are offered in packages of 6, 8, or 10+.
Accompanied visits to a health practitioner are available as an additional service and are separate from the coaching packages.
